More 8-bit Ninjas, because I haven’t gotten them worked out of my system, and bitter-sweet news for you apple yackers on the go.

Hello, Jet Set Stars.  It’s Wednesday, September 5th.  I’m not a mac lover, damn it!

Apple just announced that, in order to properly take over the world, they will be cutting the price on their 8 GB iPhone model by $200.  No more than 10 weeks after launch, this’ll be almost a 50% sudden price cut.  People promptly soiled their trousers, and a few second-world nations toppled.

Apple isn’t known for cutting prices.  Instead, they just release something new at a similar price.  But, Apple has also never made a cell phone before.  The iPhone has been a highly sought item since it first hit the public ear, and hasn’t let up.  People sometimes forget they’re actually buying a cell phone, and not an iPod.  The markets are vastly different, forcing the company to approach matters a little differently.
